Refund policy

All returns will be subject to a restocking fee of £15.

No returns accepted on custom or Bespoke products unless notified of damage at delivery point with photographic dated evidence.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless agreed By Gloworkz.

Items returned due to non payment of duty or taxes in your country or any reason out with Gloworkz control will be subject to additional  payment by the customer for shipping costs for the item to be resent.
